In order to print your card from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency do the following:

Search, Verify, & Print
- This service gives additional information not available in the free search and verify option and is presented in an easily printable format. The cost is $1.43 if paying with a credit card or $1.00 if using a subscriber account.
